By placing an order through the Koru Sushi Bar website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Koru Sushi Bar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
2. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
3. Pickup Orders
Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time.
Orders not picked up within 30 minutes may be discarded for food safety reasons.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up.
4. Delivery Orders
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once a delivery has been completed to the address provided by the customer, Koru Sushi Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended orders.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all food is prepared fresh to order:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once preparation has begun.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:
You received the wrong order.
Items are missing.
Food quality does not meet reasonable standards.
Issues must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Koru Sushi Bar.

Our kitchen prepares food containing:

We cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens due to shared preparation areas and equipment.
